Branch Operations

As of Tuesday November 16, 2021 the Camana Bay Branch opening hours will be 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. 

We’ll resume our normal opening hours as of Monday, November 22, 2021. 

Please note our South Sound Branch will be open per the usual operating hours.

To help contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus and keep staff and customers safe, we are encouraging customers to observe the following guidelines:

  • Effective September 15, 2021, all customers will be required to wear a face mask when visiting the branches and social distancing protocols are to be maintained.
  •  Priority access will be offered to senior citizens
  • We are restricting the number of customers allowed in the branch at anytime
  • Branches will only process transactions that cannot be conducted using an ABM or online banking
  • Customers are encourged to utilise our digital channels Scotia Mobile APP, Scotia OnLine and ATMs to conduct transactions.

Due to recent COVID-19 spikes, our branches will only be accepting transactions that cannot be done via the alternative channels listed above.
