Scotiabank & Trust (Cayman) Ltd. wishes to advise that due to the announcement by the Federal Reserve to decrease the federal funds rate by 0.25% on October 29, 2025, the following changes will occur:

• USD Prime Rate will decrease from 7.25% to 7.00%, effective October 31, 2025
• KYD Prime Rate will decrease from 7.25% to 7.00%, effective October 31, 2025

All products with variable pricing linked to USD and KYD Prime Rates will be adjusted on the effective dates indicated.
